Let yourself feel the happiness,the pain, the sorrow,the excitement everything!!

I have a lot of friends who used to care about people, the way they treated them,the way they treat them and all of that but slowly all my friends stopped caring at one point because they were hurt. Hurt too many times to believe that they could ever feel satisfied or happy enough. I wanted this to change. I wanted them to feel it even though it hurt them because we are humans and we cannot pretend to not feel anything even if you do, it'll come around sooner or later. So if you are having a hard time, talk to people ask them to hangout with you. You can not tell your problems and expect them to just assume that you were depressed. So make yourself better by taking an effort. Don't expect people to do it for you. If you don't like it, keep your distance. So again feel everything because it's for a reason because it's teaches you something even if you don't like it. Be comfortable with being uncomfortable. Let it be a part of you. So feel everything.
